Delivery Window

Deliveries are made between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Our goal is to deliver your order within this timeframe.

Pre-Delivery Call

Our delivery driver will call before heading to your location to confirm your availability and provide an estimated arrival time.

Wait Time

Upon arrival, the driver will wait for up to 5 minutes. If hand-delivery is not possible within this timeframe, your order will be left in a safe spot at the delivery address, if feasible.

Driver Discretion:Once delivery has commenced, address changes are at the driver’s discretion. We cannot guarantee accommodation for last-minute changes.
