At Aboki Grill, you’re in control of your account and your data. This page explains how to delete your Aboki Grill account and what happens to your information.
How to delete your account in the app
Open the Aboki Grill app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to the retention exceptions below.
Prefer we do it for you?
Email info@abokigrill.ca from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone number).
Your delivery addresses.
Your saved preferences and meal-plan selections.
Your order history tied to your account.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction records required by law), kept only as long as required and then deleted. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Aboki Grill.
