Welcome to Aboki Grill. By accessing our app or website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of the App & Website


Aboki Grill provides its platform for browsing our menu, placing food orders, managing subscriptions, and accessing your wallet and loyalty points. You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including your contact details, delivery address, and payment information — is accurate. Orders are confirmed via in-app notification or email. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing or menu items at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is fulfilled. Aboki Grill is not responsible for failed transactions due to bank errors or third-party payment system issues.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, distance, traffic, or weather. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Pickup orders are typically ready within 20–30 minutes; we will notify you when your order is ready.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, contact us within 24 hours with a description and photo. We will investigate and, where valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of food items for health and safety reasons.

5. Subscriptions and Meal Plans

Meal plan subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time with no lock-in. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise agreed.

6. Wallet and Loyalty Points

Wallet balances consist of real money (from top-ups) and promotional credits (from bonuses and referrals). Promotional credits are applied first on purchases. Points and promotional credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Promotions and Promo Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to expiry dates and eligibility conditions. Aboki Grill reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation and account restriction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our app and website — including text, images, logos, and menu descriptions — is the property of Aboki Grill. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aboki Grill is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including technical issues, delays, or third-party disruptions. Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available in the app. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
