The Bulk Suya Move
Most people order suya for one meal and that's it. Smart Vancouver Nigerians order it by the dozen — a stack of 12 to 30 skewers — and turn it into a week of meals. Suya keeps well, reheats beautifully, and goes with literally anything you have in the fridge. This is meal-prep, the Nigerian way.
What You Can Do With a Stack of Suya
Suya wraps. Tortilla, two warmed-up skewers, raw onion, lettuce, hot sauce. Lunch in 90 seconds.
Suya rice bowls. Day-two jollof + suya + a dusting of yaji. Better than any meal-prep container.
Suya tacos. Soft corn tortillas, shredded suya, lime, cilantro, scotch bonnet salsa.
Suya pasta. Yes, really. Toss with garlic butter pasta and a pinch of yaji. Don't argue with results.
Suya breakfast. Reheat, fry an egg, add to a sandwich. Saturday brunch sorted.
"A fridge with suya is a fridge that says yes to everything."
Our Bulk Tiers

Reheating Rules
Don't microwave bare suya — you'll dry it out. Wrap in foil, oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, then a 30-second blast under the broiler to bring back the char. Or use an air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes. Either way, dust with fresh yaji before serving.
