Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes — all three, all from inside the app. Skip a week up to 48 hours before your next drop. Pause anytime and your locked price waits for you. If you tap cancel, we'll offer a pause first — and if you still cancel before your next billing date, the next charge never runs.

How do meal swaps work?

Before each delivery you get a preview of that week's menu. Keep it, or swap any meal up to 48 hours before delivery — just that delivery changes, the rest of your plan stays put. Chef's Choice subscribers can swap too.

How does delivery work?

Subscriptions are delivered across Vancouver from our kitchen at 1205 E Hastings. Delivery fee is calculated by distance and locked in at signup. Pick your cadence — twice a week, weekly, or monthly — and your delivery days in the app.

What if I have allergies or dietary needs?

Our goat, beef and chicken are halal-sourced. Let us know in the app if you need fully halal-only meals and we'll lock the substitutions. Flag any allergens once in your profile and we filter the menu for you. Vegetarian dishes are tagged in the app.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — move between Solo Grind, Couples Plan, Family Feast and Aboki VIP, or change your cadence, anytime from Manage in the app. Changes re-price via Stripe, prorated to your billing date. No surprise charges, no mid-week disruption.
